Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please open your box as soon as it arrives. Bulbs can begin sprouting inside the packaging if left unopened. Let us know of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for bulbs that are damaged due to delayed unpacking.
